• It begins with a working relationship. The purpose of a custom home is to serve your unique needs for style and function. It is my job to discover with you what those needs are so that we thoughtfully incorporate them into the plans.
• After establishing the vision for your new home, we move into the design-build phase. I use my vast knowledge to guide you through the design and decision making process. I do my best to ensure you thoroughly understand the ramifications of all of your decisions so that we can help avoid costly changes during the building phase.
• Once we break ground on your house, feel confident knowing that I am on-site working alongside the best subcontractors in the region. I have developed long lasting relationships built upon mutual trust and respect with these subcontractors, and you will benefit as a result.
• Once you get into your beautiful new home I will walk you through all of the steps to maintain and keep it functioning like new for years to come. This is an often over looked step that can lead to problems down the road.
It’s different. I learned from my father, an HVAC contractor, in my childhood years that a job wasn’t finished until it was completely done right. His work ethic and commitment to excellence for his customers are values he taught that guide me to this day. If you are searching for a home builder, chances are you have heard about a building nightmare from a friend, colleague, family member, or have lived through one yourself. The unfortunate reality is that the building industry repeatedly lets customers down time and time again with inadequate quality and value. What is worse is that this behavior goes largely unchecked because problems are hidden behind walls or unrecognized by untrained eyes, and it isn’t until years down the road that problems surface.
For most people, building a home is the biggest investment of their life. I recognize and respect this, and as your home builder, there is no greater responsibility than to make sure your home is built to the highest standard. But doing so takes a different approach. It means I do not build your house from my home office, rather I am on-site at your project working side-by-side with the subcontractors and scrutinizing every detail. I draw from my decades of hands-on experience with most aspects of building to ensure that the work that is being done on your home is done correctly. That is my unwavering commitment to you.
